A Pumpkin Orange Jack O' Lantern; handcrafted utilizing the copperfoil construction process; is a charming accent lamp and hauntingly beautiful work of art. Uses 1 E12 candelabra base B10 shape up to 15 watt. Product size 6.5" W x 7" H x 6.5" D.

Warranty – Meyda Tiffany warrants your product to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from date of purchase. If you discover a defect in their product, Meyda will repair using new components or replace the fixture. Decision to repair or replace is at the manufacturer's sole discretion. Warranty does not cover parts that are subject to normal wear and tear such as sockets and switches, nor changes in coloration from cleaning agents, sunlight or weathering over time.

Return Policy - All returns must be approved prior to shipping. Products returned for reason other than shipping damage or manufacturer defect will be at customer's shipping expense. A 30% restocking fee will apply. Once an order is accepted, it cannot be cancelled without a restock fee being applied. Unauthorized returns do not warrant credit or refund.

Color Variation - Each Meyda product is a unique, handcrafted treasure. Natural variations in the wide array of materials used make every item a masterpiece of its own. Photographs are a general representation of the product. Colors and designs will vary. Photography and computer monitor settings will also alter color perception. Color variations are to be expected and celebrated. Color variation is not a defect, nor is it a reason to waive restocking fees or invalidate a sale.



You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item’s purchase price. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges. Items which have been opened are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This charge is necessary since the item must be inspected and discounted in order to resell it.

If you received an incorrect or defective item you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price and shipping charges paid. Howards Supply will email a pre-paid return shipping label.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Products should be returned in a box with their original packaging, manuals, accessories and cords etc. enclosed. Try to reuse the original shipping box.

Or, depending on the product, we may be able to send a replacement part (i.e. replace a broken glass globe).

Howards Supply strives to process most "in-house" orders within 1 business day of receipt. This time frame could be extended to 3 business days depending on order flow and weather conditions. Mondays are usually our busiest day.

Drop shipped products could take as much as 10 business days to ship. Check the Product Details page for dropship terms.

Once processed and boxed, orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service), FedEx (Federal Express) or UPS (United Parcel Service) based on cost. Larger packages (over 75 pounds) may be sent by freight, usually on a pallet. Shipping normally takes 2-5 days depending on how far the package is traveling. A tracking number will be sent to you via email.

We consider your product(s) delivered when the carrier indicates the package was delivered. Due to potential package theft, signature verification is required on receipt of orders totaling $100 or more.

Most packages shipped by Howards Supply are covered by shipping insurance. If your order was damaged during shipping, we will file a claim with the carrier. Please note any package damages with the carrier upon delivery, then contact us within 24 hours to start the claims process (the shipping carrier may want to inspect it). If possible, email us photos of the damaged box and product(s).
